Legient Consulting was founded on our belief that simply delivering projects according to the predetermined budget, schedule and scope does not necessarily define success. Success is determined by the value the project delivers to the organization. If the project is not aligned with the organization’s objectives and does not result in a measured improvement to the business, it does not matter that it was completed successfully.

Through this lens we established the founding principle of Legient – To help medium-sized businesses and scale-ups realize value from their strategic initiatives.

The determination of this value alignment begins during our initial conversations. We are always trying to get to the why.

By asking questions like these we can identify the value you hope to gain and its alignment to the strategic objectives of the business. If that value is unclear, Legient is not the right fit.
